Turnigy Plush 6A ESC programming issue
 

I just finished an upgrade to my UM T-28. I switched it to a 2 cell brushless setup. The ESC is a Turnigy Plush 6A.

The wiring is as the diagram below shows. Everything works fine as far as the setup goes, however I can't seem to get into programming mode or even the throttle calibration. When I power the esc up with the throttle at full it doesn't give me any program beeps. Other than that, the ESC functions fine. I have throttle control. Anyone have any experience with this issue. I tried setting the trim to full up too.
