Durafly or Dynam 1100MM P-51
Hello all i have done some research and im down to choosing between the Dynam or the Durafly 1100mm P-51 if anyone has both of these or has flown both of these let me know your thoughts.

I've watched and read reviews on both. Everyone raves about the Dynam, mainly because of the price, and the fact it comes with retracts installed. However, it's just as impressive in the air.
I just put my Milleium Master EP together, but have been eyeing the Dynam P-51 for a few days now. SNhobbies in BC Canada sells the Dynam for 129.99 CDN. I'm planning on ordering one soon. It may sit in the box for a while (as I have other projects on the go) but overall it's great value for the price point. http://www.snhobbies.com/product_inf...5315c55261157e Keeping in mind, this is a Plug n Play, I still personally think from what I've seen and read, it's a great buy. |
Got any pics? I want the Dynam 109 but I am too inexperienced. :/.
Is Dynam a good company? |
I regularly fly with friends that have both Dynam and Durafly planes. They are very good in flight and great RC aircraft provided that you go through them before you fly them and make sure that everything is good and tight and put together well. Be prepared to wait some time for replacement parts if you break something. One of my buddies ordered a new front retract for his Durafly T-28 Trojan and just got it last month, exactly a year and onemoth after ordering it. Durfly and Dynam planes are not often recommended for newbies because of the lack of customer and parts support.

Mattman, I have the Dynam Cessna 310 Grand Cruiser and all I can say is: Wow ! What a well built, well packaged plane for the money. I also of the a Durafly Comet-88 and it's well built also. I don't think you can go wrong with either brand though I am particularly impressed with Dynam. I'm looking at the FMS 1400mm BF-109 right now. Another pretty decent brand. Good Luck ! |
i just picked up a Dynam P-51 from Grayson Hobby for $119 ;-) couldn't pass that up....shipping was only $16

Dynam 1400 mm.
Upgrade to 3S 3000 (as large as 4S 4000 can fit with minor carving and it likes it) It NEEDS the weight... make it useful weight. Very very nice except.. the spinner is expected to be unbalanced... and check the motor mounting screws (you have to pull the motor out to check the ones holding motor to the aluminum stand-off) Still small enough for transport with wings on. Larger flies better. |
thanks for the tips ! got the plane today. a little bigger than i was expecting...but freakin awesome :D

I was always a P-40 man.lol Remember BRICK there are two types of planes ,fighters and targets . :D joe

I love my Dynam P51.
Also have the Dynam F4u, FW 190 and the ME109. All fly great and like big batts in the nose. Dave in Iowa |
