Any GoPro Users? Basic ? Inside...
I just bought a GoPro Hero3 White edition. I mounted it upside down as I was told it was easy to flip it right side up, and the camera fit better mounted upside down on the bottom of the plane...
The included software easily flipped the video, but only seems to be able to output the video in .AVI (From the original recorded .MP4), with codecs that are not compatible with anything! VLC media player, and Youtube both rejected my newly created files after converting. Any of you guys have any ideas? I know there are a lot of GoPro users on here, and someone has to have dealt with this! |
i just got a silver version a couple of days ago...kinda shocked it didn't come with a user manual ??? so i'm kinda in the same boat as you....gotta ask questions !
i've read Windows Movie Maker can help with editing. i'm sure it's simple when we find the answers ;) i got some tips here...if it helps http://goprouser.freeforums.org/ |

This might help....
http://gopro.com/wp-content/uploads/..._FINAL_Web.pdf http://www.prismnet.com/~hcexres/bro...uide1_REV3.pdf I use Movie Maker with a variety of .avi, .mov, .mp4 projects. It's a little time consuming but will transfer almost any video app to sites like Utube and Photo Bucket. |
Turns out I'm an idiot. I didn't realize that there was a second process in the software and that is where you export it to .MP4, worked perfect, thanks for the help!

Glad you got it sorted. I use all AVS Programs. Video Editor, Video Remaker, Video Coverter etc.
