Airbrake hinge

1 Attachment(s)
I'm designing an airbrake for my T-28 it will be made of balsa or lightweight plastic. Its going to be approx 1X1 inches my question is how or what can i use to hinge the opening flap to the framed square ? The picture i have posted is a side view and it will be inserting it into the bottom of the aircraft.

You can just use any common CA hinge... or if you want more scale operation find the correct pivot line and glue a piece of tubing to the airbrake on that line. Tape the airbrake into the model's structure and install a piece of music wire (or even a toothpick) through the tube into whatever type of support works. (1X1 inch isn't going to give much load)

Be creative... there are probably dozens of ways to do it.
