How do I program a Tenergy TB6B charger?
I'm trying to get back into flying 50 years after my first attempts at RC using a one radio tube, one channel outfit using an escapement (powered by a rubber band) to control the rudder.
Decided to go with a Slo Stick, brushless motor outfit to train myself again.
This required I buy a brushless ESC so got a 20 Amp Eflite....and a battery, so got a couple of Electrifly lipos....1200 mah, 7.4v 9Wh.
Also got a Tenergy TB6B charger in order to charge the lipos. Had a donated transmitter/reciever and a couple of micro servers. (Tactic 2.4 gh TTX440).
I'm ready to put this together. Need to balance charge the batteries.
Danged if I can figure out the Chingrese of this charger manual!
Can someone talk me thru the initial setup to charge a 2 cell lipo?
For beginners, my initial LCD screen sez "User Set....Program"
Lipo V. Type 3.7v
From there I am lost...can't find a screen for these 7.4v lipos
Thx , Ken
There are a bunch of these 4-button chargers out there. They mostly work the same with the same lousy instructions.

Watch any variation of any charger that looks like yours, the Accucell-6 and IMAX B6 being a couple of the more common ones. You can search on those also.
Welcome to the forum and the crazy world of electric flight.
Thanks very much!
It's got me started. Battery is charging, cool to the touch. Never would have figured it out without this video. It's hard enough figuring it out WITH the video....dang woman is flying thru those steps as tho I know what she is thinking.
Well, now it if finished charging. Thx very much for your help!
Stage one, new plane and a charged battery.
Now you are dangerous. :D

When everything is brand new it takes awhile to assimilate even basic info. Repetition...repetition. Have a good time, good luck with the maiden.
The thunderpower ac6 manual isn't too horrific, should be the same guts.
They generally say you can do [X] without every explain what [X] is or why you would ever consider doing it.
