hay, just wanted to say thanks for having me here. my name is larry, late 40s. been around this stuff since about 7 years old, lots of cox c/l. I just built my first scratch built stick & foam plane. I done a small test today & got her about 5ft. off the ground for an 1/8 of a mile, seemed ok!:). any way, some of the ideas came from here. so thanks, and I look for lots of fun foam builds:)

Thanks

Thank you for the warm welcome, the pt 19 trainer was my first c/l. And it was your red slow stick that inspired me to build my mutt ( parts from Helios and other foam left overs. My wings are from dollar tree, I have built a lot of balsa planes over the years. I ( well my wife ) got tired of the high priced foam stuff out there, so here I am with a big smile on my face! I'll post pictures once I figure it out,I am not much on computers.
