Has anyone had experience with these planes? I'm getting back into flying after years. Had a nitro powered trainer in the past. The issue I'm having with the Corsair is ten feet off the ground before I can even begin to trim it out it will dip the left wing tip and nose in. CG is properly set

Sounds like you are going too hard on the throttle. Tail draggers, and especially warbirds, pull to the left, requiring right rudder. This is due to prop wash. On top of this, the plane will have a tendency to roll the direction of the prop, which is left. If you are climbing at 1/2 throttle or so, then hammer it on, the result will be that the plane will twist left due to a sudden torque from the motor. This is my understanding at least. To stop this slowly increase throttle, climb at a slower rate to allow airspeed to build quicker. I would mathematically find the CG too, between 25-30% of of the leading edge to trailing edge of the wing ( 9 inch from leading to trailing= 2.3-3 inch back from leading edge for balancing). Companies often don't do CG well. Furthermore, balance a low wing upside down.
