Cheyenne Hill Hoppers

Just a video of the club field. I was practicing with my 350QX in hopes to get some video of the guys flying. Kinda boring but hey its a good view of the field. Actually was hoping a member was going to take off but he had problems on taxi to the runway so he aborted and I was already in the air so I just kept going.

Fish,

Nice field ! Looks like you could land a full scale C-130 there without any problem. And no trees !

Liking your quad? I'm still on the fence with these things.

I grew up in Cheyenne many years ago and was wondering just where is Loomis field? We used to fly just north of the airport. I imagine it is all built up by now.

Loomis Field is on the south end of town. Right off Highway 85 and just south of Terry Ranch Rd

gave this a shot

Well got a chance to try out my first attempt at flying the Blade 350QX while one of out club members was flying. I have a lot of practice to do until I get it right. He did not realize I was using a camera so he was trying to avoid running into me. Better luck next time.
Enjoy

Your field is 10 miles from my daughters place in Cheyenne. I hope to start traveling with my trailer later this year. Shouldn't be too hard to talk my wife into going to see our grandkids. Little Gus is 3 yo and absolutely loves airplanes.

Maybe some day i'll fly with you.

That would be awesome and I am sure everyone would welcome it. Everyone in the club seem to be a bunch of really nice guys.

Thanks for posting up the videos, Fishbonez. :)

That last heli crash looked brutal!

And two thumbs WAY Up for the B.O.C. tune!

As one of the newest members of the club. It seems like Im more of a spectator, really enjoy watching these guys fly. As for the choice of the BOC tune I felt Tims plane "had a fever and the only prescription is more Cow Bell" :D
