HXT and SupreTigre Connectors

I received my first low-wing plane today---the Great Planes Electrifly Super Sportster rxr---and I need help in identifying the ESC's battery connector. The ESC is a no-name 18 amp; the connector is unidentified but looks EXACTLY like the HK's HXT. Does anyone know if they are the same? Thanks. Gary

Super Tiger changes connectors periodically... picture of which you have would help.

The Super Tiger ESCs i have seen before used the 4mm bullets in red plastic housing compatible with Turnigy and Sky LiPo.

Most people end up standardising on one type of connector. They will remove the others and solder / crimp on their choice to have all in their boxes same connectors.

I never use bullets on battery / ESC leads - I use either XT60 or Deans T. Only place I use bullets are on the motor leads to ESC. I tend to standardise on the 3.5mm there ... a good all-rounder general size.

XT60 is a set of bullets in a plastic shell.... To say you don't use bullets but instead use XT60 says you never really looked at the connector.

Now that is being silly ... of course I know that !! But people know exactly and you as well - know exactly what is meant by my post !

XT60 are not only connectors that at end of day are only really bullets in a holder ..

Blimey !!
