Tacon Big Foot 110

Im still new to this electric flight thing. I have been having problems for a while with motor esc and battery setups. I do own a wattmeter.... but Im messing everything up so please be patient. Im trying to put a SIG Four Star in the air. Ive seen 6s setup ups with 100a esc's and and 110 size motors. SO I went and got a Tacon Big Foot 110 and a Castle Creation 75a HV ESC up to 8S. Will this setup work if Im running (2) SkyLipo 4S 4000mah lipo in series? Prop will be a 18x6. TIA
Chris

Hi Chris and Welcome to Wattflyers :ws: What size SIG Four star do you have, they make the Four Star 120, 60, 40, 20 we need more info on what plane you have, second, the Tacon 110 is a low KV motor 295KV and is ment to fly on 14 cell lipos, an 8 cell lipo might not be enough voltage for that Motor,

here is a 90 size motor that will work with a 8 cell lipo and your 75 amp ESC,

I Found this on You tube, the guy is using a 8 cell liop, and a 19x8 prop with a tacon 110 motor, So Maybe you might be ok with 8 cells
