Flies great! :D

A couple clicks of up elevator was all the trimming required. Super maneuverable, glides well, takes off and lands well - I'm pleased as can be!

Sigh.... :(

Well, again it flew quite well the first time, but I had to run the aileron trim all the way to the right to get it to track straight. Once that was done it flew great, and I greased...

Thanks, Max :)

Changed the specs a bit today. Now it's going to be low-wing, and I'm sticking with the colored packing tape covering I've been doing. One of the reasons I was considering painting...

Mit, yes - it's covered in tape.

Took it out to fly today and I'm very pleased with it :). It's pretty quick, more aerobatic than I am, and it glides nicely with no power. With a 3 cell battery...

Well, it flew well... Second attempt the wind got under the wing tip on take off, it ground looped, prop hit the ground, and the torque snapped off the front of the fuselage .

It's fixable....

It's ready to go again (tomorrow looks good weather-wise). I re-did the rigging and installed a "Power-up 370 sport" motor (from Heads Up). Plenty thrust, no over-heating :)

Anything with a Harley logo is going to need to have parts falling off of it from time to time, lots of leather fringe, leak oil, etc. Maybe a PTO shaft... Heavy, I'm thinking :)
