iCharger 106B+, what's "chg" mean?

When charging it show voltage, time charging, but it also shows "CHG" and counts 00001, 00002, etc. anyone know what that means? It's not time, sometimes it counts fast, sometimes slow. Thanks!

MKII Charger only charging 3S1P to 12V instead of 12.6V

My MKII charger only charges my 3S lipo paks to 12V or so, most charges give you a full 12.6V (4.2V per cell). Is there a solution to this problem?
