What are the programming procedures for J-power esc's?

I have a 25 amp J-power esc, but no idea how to program it. When I plug in the battery, I get a repeating series of beeps, and that is all. I do not need the brake on, and am using a 3 cell lipo.

BTW, I personally use AVG free in conjunction with spybot and ccleaner to keep junk off my pc. It's free, and effective.
