The only other model I ever saw do such a perfect flat spin was my Mini-Pitts when tank was near empty.
It was a perfectly horizontal flat spin ... I couldn't have produced one myself any better -...

Ok - this is the Pilot Model Zlin designed around the common 20 sized Glow engine that many of us had back in the 80's ... It's a reasonable size model ... very agile ... near enough scale for club...

I actually give a light twist test to wings .. tail feathers often as I fly a lot at rough sites ... the landings are always a bit rough on the models. It's common for my fin to be cracked...

Note that many foams actually do not glue well with Hot glue ... it's ok for a short temp fix ......

My cure is to take a thin bbq skewer and insert into top edge of fin and push it all the way down to the fuselage...
