I've been flying for 20 years, but I've never had to worry where I land. I fly at a full scale private airstrip. There is plenty of room to land for a model plane.

Electrical contact spray also works great for cleaning metal parts prior to gluing. Just don't spray it around your foam plane because it will disolve the foam.
