Flap percentages

What are general percentages to set flaps at i have a 3 switch button Normal would be set to 0 but what about Mid settin and landing setting?

Thanks for the ideas and yes i am doing a sliding canopy actually a dual sliding canopy. The stock canopy is really thin and flimsy.

Thanks guys i have decided to add a few more things i should be done by next week I'm adding nose gear doors and an air brake on the bottom of the fuselage. I am still deciding on a sliding cockpit.
