If you are flying EDF, you probably don't want to go below 3.8v per cell. That's what I'd set my alarm for. It also gives you enough juice for a go around if needed.

Eddy,

It typically gets 120+ in my garage in the summertime, and I've never once had an issue with it re-melting or getting soft.

Find a good 64mm setup to put in it that runs on 4S. I have a Haoye 7-blade 64mm fan with a Cyclone Power brushless motor. Easily gets...

Just a quick comment about airspace closure when there is VIP movement in the area. The FAA will issue a Notice to Airmen ("NOTAM") that affects ALL flying, both full scale and RC. Typically, the No...

A good rule of thumb for lipos is 3.78v to 3.80v per cell for storage, and store in a temperature controlled climate. A refrigerator is perfect for this. I keep all my lipos on store charge and in a...

Will,

The auxiliary air intake is the cheater hole. It's best to leave it off for performance, otherwise you loose a little thrust. But it can be installed if you wish. And yes, glue it in...
