Expo makes the controls less sensative around the nutral point....that is to say that a little movement on the stick will have less reaction from the plane or heli. Mostly useful for the beginner...

adding power and doing a half-loop. Just cut the power on top
and feed in some down elevator to maintain the inverted flight.

If you sere able, you could plug the rudder servo into the aileron socket
but I don't think you can do that here.
