TechOne manufacture the Pop Wing 600, 900, and 1300. They also call them the Bonsai (600) and Tek Sumo (900) that Hobby King sells for much less. Different paint scheme.

One of the primary reasons The E-Prop was made as a CCW prop was because it is a much lighter build, it prevented the prop being used on IC motors which are CW. This could be dangerous.
