looks pretty good Bill..is the length of the horn from the C/L of the rudder to the cable the same length as the distance from the center of the servo arm to the cable?

Not sure if you have done...

try moving the wing in relation to the tail...

try moving the wing in relation to the tail feathers....as Andy Lennon wrote...the tail moment should be minimum 2 1/2 times the mean aerodynamic chord of the wing.
