foam. That way you can bend the foam without breaking it.

Thanks joe, i use Walmart Acrylic craft paint and paint pens for line work.
Usually turns out pretty good.
Wish i could do decent airbrushing but mine isn't that good so i use brushes.

If you want to get paper off the easy way, get the Awsome Cleaner at the DollarTree store and mix it with water. I mix mine about 75 percent water or more and just spray it on the board flip it over...
