Full throttle at 3/4 stick - 9XR

On the 9XR I'm getting to full throttle with only 3/4 stick throw. I've tried resetting the throttle with the ESC and it's better but not gone. Any suggestions?

I think it's worse than a bad screen though, it won't power the Orange transmitter module either.

Got a 9XR for Chriatmas, it powers on I can hear beeps etc from the buttons but the screen is blank. It lights up but its totally blank. Did I get a bad radio? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

iCharger 106B+, what's "chg" mean?

When charging it show voltage, time charging, but it also shows "CHG" and counts 00001, 00002, etc. anyone know what that means? It's not time, sometimes it counts fast, sometimes slow. Thanks!
