Most CAD programs have a Script function...take that data, put it the correct script format and it'll draw the airfoil right into your CAD program....


or...you can just trace it out using those...

One more thought....don't turn your oven up because of the thicker plastic. Keep the same working temp you had on the last pour. You want the plastic to heat evenly and not get hot/cold...

Everything should be about the same. Temp the same, be quick from the oven to the form and adequate vacuum. It most likely will take a bit longer in the oven to adequately sag but the rest...
