What do you think your requirements for a radio system are?
A few things to think about are:
Radio band, 72mhz or 2.4ghz.
Number of channels, 4, 6, 7, more?
Functions, expo, dual rates, mixing,...

This is a dilemma for all flyers. If you fly regularly (once a week or more) you can be pretty safe charging them all up. However if you fly less often it's probably best to leave them at storage...

Yes lipo cells should not be dischrged lower than about 3.3 volts per cell. Below 3.0 volts and the cell is probably damaged. If you use the 3.3 volt value you give yourself a good safety margin.

The field where I fly here in the Atlanta area not only has 110v but also two 12vdc 30 amp power supplies. On top of that the county pays the power bill. :)

I would think if they don't get farther apart than that you are in good shape. .02 difference is still pretty close and none are over 4.20. 12 minutes and only 50% discharged. You sure aren't...
