I would think the DC leads sockets in are direct connected to same points the DC output of the AC adaptor is - so would not be surprised to...

My AC / DC charger although not a Triton - I would never have BOTH power...

I have the Hobby King CoG machine .... it works but is a pain to get to point of balance. The pivot domes if you lock to the pins, do not pivot enough one way, but OK other. So you have to leave them...

Now increase Tx throws to retain same amount of movement when moving sticks. Gyro will only see the reduced mechanical throws, but you will have the original throw electronically. Then no worries...
