Parkzone Habu-1, what to do...

I bought a used Habu-1 last year, flew it once and the second time, I crashed while hand launching. It busted up the nose and broke the wing. What are my options? Habu-1 fuse and wings are scarce...

I've only flown mine once on floats... The Park 450 just didn't have the power I would like to have with floats. It is however, more powerful then stock by far. If I use the floats more, I'd upgrade...

Just cut them out, you won't be disappointed....

Just cut them out, you won't be disappointed. Also use a solder gun with a pushrod element instead of a soldering tip to cut out foam, it works great!

Other then 1/2-flap takeoffs and full-flap landings, for me it flies like a bulky cub. I did notice while flying inverted, it wants to climb, which seems odd.

You could turn the brake on your esc so your prop stops horizontal. I think that would save some props.
