Good advise here, a good sure way to verify individual cells. The readings are suspiciously pointing to a misreading of the cell no. since as lipos are very predictable.

the 4.04 is probably your best cell. If that's the only pack that cell 1 lags then it "could" be a connection , but unlikely. It's probably just a mismatched IR and/or capacity.

If a cell shows a lot of voltage bounce then it probably has high IR. GIven the info that it corrected quickly leads me to suspect the cell , connection, or tester.
