One thing worth remembering. Phoenix are based in the UK and models are often released over here later than in the US. So it's always possible they haven't even seen some of the latest models yet let alone had chance to program them into the sim

While that certainly may be the case, they do encourage people to request models and even take photos of those models if they own them to speed up the addition process. There is a pdf guide on their site on how to take the correct photos for submission.
