It looks like a good place to start. I usually maiden with a slightly forward CG then once trimmed out I invert the model in flight and the amount of down elevator needed to fly straight and level tells me if the CG is right. I like a rearward CG on my models so they fly inverted with as little as possible down elevator needed. This makes them a bit twitchy but control response is immediate how I like it.
