Seems each motor manufacturer has their own specifications on their motors power ratings!
As a very rough estimate, figure these motors are good for about 100 watts per ounce of motor weight. So an 11 ounce motor would handle 1100 watts.
One of those computer programs such as www.motocalc.com
will give some indication of how much these motors can handle. Problem is, with these types of programs, they are only as accurate as the specifications provided by the motor mfg. And a few of those motor mfg specs are not worth the paper they are printed on.
