I just did some real life testing with some props I have on hand with my Turnigy G-46 and G-60 motors that I purchased for my Sig Kadet Senior build.
Here are the results of my testing with a watt meter and 5S battery.

11x8 263 watts @13.4A 386 watts @20.13A
13x8 526 watts @27.3A 762 watts @40.5A
14x10 537 watts @ 28A 815 watts @ 43.5A
15x8 710 watts @37.3A 1019 watts @ 54.8A
Estimating that the Senior will come in around 7# flight weight (I might be high) the G-46 would give me 77 watts/pound with a 14X10 prop and the G-60 would be 108 watts/pound with a 13x6 prop on the G-60 but I did not have those props around to test with.
I could go with a 14x8 or on the G-46 and a 14x8
