I doubt it, I made sure the negative pin on the balance plug went to the neg. pin on the meter. Thanks anyway. I managed to find the transaction in my PayPal account from Jan. and emailed the vendor requesting a refund or replacement, explaining the situation. Haven't heard back yet. So now I wait.
