My understanding is that hexTranic is a brand name of Hobbyking similar to Turnigy or Durafly.

Here's a Hobbyking video for the 'Quanum' telemetry module that's shown on hexTronics front page. Note that the Hobbyking video specifically says that the device was their own development and is exclusive to Hobbyking:

Maybe I'm wrong and that hexTronic arent owned by Hobbyking but simply manufacture for them, but if that's so I've not seen the hexTronic name on any products other than Hobbyking, so they must have a pretty close relationship.
