I've traveled to Prudhoe Bay, AK on business trips three times in the 1990's during the month of January. Different world out there. Those UAS models would be an excellent fit for the application.

Don't understand why there would be any restrictions there though. A little model airplane is a lot safer than some of the weather conditions out there.
