Default I swear Pop Bottle factories have other ideas !!

Not so long ago - you could trust a Pop Bottle factory to produce nice bottles that had thick plastic ... a true flat bottom or if the 'star bottom' - it has a nice second flat bottom piece added.... usually in black.

Those black false bottoms made excellent WW1 rotary cowls ...

The thick bottles made excellent hot mould items.

Now we have flimsy thin plastic ... bottoms that are star shaped and harder to straighten out ...

Time to start petitioning to get back our old friendly pop bottles !!
