Default Maiden voyage of my Delta Ray

Well I received my Delta Ray last night. I got it assembled, charged & ready to fly. So I brought it to work to show some friends and I gave in to peer pressure and gave a demo. Well I have a big compound with 3 buildings and a dozen trucks. So up she goes! I circle the compound 3 times & go to bring it in for a landing. That's when I realized I needed more room for a beginners landing. I start descending & I'm getting lower and lower then Bang! Right into the side of the metal building. So come to find out I can hit the broad side of a barn! Not bad damage I broke the tip of the nose off. Some UFO glue and good to go. The other flights this afternoon went great! I can't wait for the other batteries to come so I can have more fly time.

Thanks for reading.

Even worse is peer pressure for a "Maiden" flight. Lol

Glad you got her all fixed up and had better results later.

Try using gorilla glue on that nose. It expands and you can then sand back to shape. Spray some water on it then apply the glue.
