all the same company? or are some better than others?
same company, same quality? what do you all think.
I've bought this type motor from dealextreem for smaller planes for $8 with free shipping years ago and they still work great. these motors come in all sizes and are affordable. they are branded with many names by a lot of different companies. here's just a few examples but certainly not limited to these companies

Sure all look the same. I've been buying the Powerup 46's from HURC.

They LOOK a lot like AXi outrunners, as do the accessories; and the model numbering system is virtually identical save for the addition of the 'A' at the beginning.
The 'A' may even stand for AXi. Are the measurements/screw threads in metric?
OK, I got my "drone licence".
When does the season start and what weapons are allowed?

I have a suppio motor in my mini ultra stick. no idea on the kv, came with the plane. pulls 365 watts on a 10x10 on 3 cells. never gets hot. looks more like a 400 then a 450-480 sized motor.
slow stock prop reversal. it flies! easily! 543 watt dual motor bipe slow stick. push-me-pull-you. 242 watt 3 channel slow stick. 365 watt mini ultra stick. 415 watt mini contender. 810 watt ultra stick .25e. 220 watt alpha 450 sport (retired).

Every one of those motors posted are made by Suppo Model, just like the last pic. They are then "rebranded" by the shop that sells them. I don't even bother rebranding mine, I just sell them as Suppo.
BPHobbies, HeadsUpRC and RCHotDeals seem to have the largest inventories of these motors.

Alltitude hobby carries a large selection of Suppo motors. On a side note great place to buy from also.
