Default Folding Prop Source

I have decided to try putting a folding prop on my Noob Tube and probably my almost completed Photon. I tried my local r/c shop but they had only had one selection for a Radon. They said they could order one but I thought I would be able to easily find a source. Tower Hobbies had what I wanted but when I went to place the order they said delivery would be Sept 3 to the 9th!! I thought this was pitiful and cancelled the order.

Did more online searching and really didn't come up with what I am after which surprised me. I want something around 6" diameter and 9" diameter with the mounting hubs for a 3.17(that is what the specs say) motor shaft.

Please direct me someplace so that I can get this next step in place and try it out. Tnx, FF

HobbyKing has several folding props.
I live in Lacey WA and get my orders in about 2-3 days.
I have almost always had good luck with them. Just make positive what you are ordering is from the US warehouse ( in Lakewood WA ) and in stock at the time you order.
I know many people badmouth HK, but without them my flying would be very limited.
I am totally happy with what I have received.

Wildflyer: Hobby King was my first choice but they only have 2 props from the USA warehouse and no hubs. I hate to order from the International Warehouse so that is why I am asking for suggestions. I, too, agree that the prices of HK makes the sport viable for me. To pay double or more for similar items is something I just can't justify. If $$ was no object, a totally different story.

I have never lived very close to a hobby store so mail order has been the default choice for years. It has been a year or two since ordering from Tower and I was very disappointed in the delivery time quoted. I was willing to drive the hour to the "local" shop to get these items but, luckily, I called before driving. TBC, FF

Default HeadsupRC

They offer folding hubs w/spinner in several sizes, 3.17 mm shaft included. I have a few of them myself. Folding prop blades of all sizes as well. Shipping, $2, delivery from Headsup in FL to me in NC 3 days, maybe 4.
