Default RTF Sig Kadet EP-42 ***REDUCED TO $275***

**** LIKE NEW... NEVER BEEN FLOWN ****

This is a Sig Kadet EP-42 that is completely ready to fly. It has a 42” wingspan and a drag tail. Just add your 8 AA batteries to the TX, and you’re off, into the wild blue yonder!!

The stock motor has been upgraded to a Himax 1400kv brushless motor with an aluminum heat sink motor mount. And, the ESC has been upgraded to a 40 amp, E-flight brushless ESC. It comes with a Hitec Laser 6 channel RX with a 72 MHz, channel 60 crystal. The Kadet’s rudder, elevator, and ailerons are controlled by four Hitec HS-55 servos. It also comes with a 3 cell 1100 mah lipo battery pack.

The Hitec Laser 6 TX comes with a matching Hitec 72 MHz, channel 60 crystal and a wall charger for the TX (for using with a battery pack or rechargable batteries), the original box, and the owner's manual.

Would this be a good first plane? does it compare at all to the super cub?

I can't tell you how it would compare to the super cub, because I've never owned or flown a super cub. I know that according to the description that I read on the internet, the Sig Kadet is supposed to be for beginner to intermediate pilots. This would be mainly because it does have ailerons.

It is balsa wood construction, not foam. So, in slightly windy conditions, it will be much, much more stable than foamies. And, the 6 channel radio has a trainer plug on the back. So, if you have someone who can train you, you can plug one end of a trainer cord into the back of your radio, the other end of the cord into the back of the trainer's radio, and he/she can help get you out of trouble! It's kind of like having an instructor in the passenger seat as you are learning to fly a real plane.

I hope this helps! If you would like to, you are welcome to contact me directly at: beebiz "at" charter "dot" net Just substitute @ for "at" and . for "dot"

Thanks for your inquiry!
