I watched a guy at webster lake back down to the ramp get out of his truck slam the door walk around to the front of his truck and then the truck just rolled backwards. Had it in neutral with the e brake on. The ramp at this place is fairly steep. Funny things happen at the boat ramp.

Not too often a boat driver gets killed, even in an accident like that; badly beat up, yeah, but seldom fatal. What gets me is the detail that these new cameras pick up at those speeds! Man...
