its my first time with retracts so i dont know what im doing but the fellow at the local hobby shop fixed it for me. I didnt have them adjusted enough!! If you read the post you would see that they were clicking due to not being alligned and putting stress on them!! Retracts are now fixed as the servo arm needed to be adjusted proberly!!

so i guess no one is interested due to Nitro Blast stating that there is something wrong with the retracts but it cleary shows that in the statment i put it says that there was a clicking sound due to stress on the servo not the retracts so there was nothing wrong them in the first place. It was the servo and there is nothing wrong with it. It has been adjusted properly now!! I have lowered the price so if no one is interested its cool as i can just post up an ad at my local hobby shop. This plane is in mint mint condition, hasnt even been flown yet. It comes with everything you need to get going beside the reciever, battery and a prop!!! Im also open for offers!!

Lancifer,
I really don't think it's Nitro Blast's comment putting any one off. You have a nice model at a good price, but it's still a fairly big ticket item. I'm blowing out a couple of Mustang models for dirt cheap money just to relive myself of some storage stress (read as wife complaints). Not one inquiry. Just takes time sometimes, which I hope you can afford to take. The folks here are really good as a rule, Heck I wish I hadn't promised my wife no more planes for the year.

I never stated that. You did.

You responded just fine, outlining that any problem has been solved.

The market is in the tank now. Your comment about the price, $450 is as low as you will go is also valid, if you want to keep the airplane. If you want to sell it, you'll be flexible.

Electricity... It's not just for light bulbs anymore.

Thanks for the info, i thought maybe people were thinking i was selling a broken item thats all. It was just the servo had to be adjusted properly. Retracts can be a pain in the ass to get them right!!

I would love to have this model but since I already have the electronics I would prefer just the plane. So for me it's too much money as it sits. If you decide to part it out let me know, thanks.

Personally, I think what is putting people off is the plane is way overpriced not the question about the gear.

Most guys know retracts can be quite challenging to get working right.

I believe there is no way you will get near your cost when a bare airframe costs only $185 free shipping & can be equipped from parts you have or brand new HobbyCity parts for a lot less then your asking price.

Please don't get you knickers in a knot.

I was just trying to tell you that someone could buy EVERYTHING including a battery & a 3 blade prop all brand new for around $457. What they could buy for this price would also exceed the E-flite Power 25 high performance spec by 170 watts on the motor & 20 amps on the ESC.

Thing is if you are going to sell something second hand even if its never been used you are going to take a major hit off what you paid.

I have a few Kyosho size 50 fighter planes in the 5-6lb range (AT-6 is 4.5lbs) with retracts that have been equipped like this so the equipment prices for the motor, ESC, etc are quite real & available to anyone who shops a little.

Darn KC...
You didn't tell me that I was getting the "wife's complaints" off your backside with that deal or I'd of offered less
Thanks anyway
