Hi All! This is actually my first post (I created an account a while ago to PM someone about a screen for my navigation) but I wanted to say this story is epic! I read through about 100 pages of posts, and chewed off most of my fingernails while reading to find out what happened to Wiggy over in Ireland. I'm sorry if this has already been answered (cut me some slack I can't read all 262 pages) but what are the odds of me getting added to the list? I know its not the best thing me asking for you guys in my first post to send me this irreplaceable plane, but I would be willing to send a deposit via paypal or even meet up with one of the members flying it in my area. Thanks alot and keep up all the great work, it is an inspiring story.

PS: I do know how to fly.

It's been a while since I was here (been out of luck for quite some time - first my dad died of cancer, then my mom was hospitalized for weeks, right after that hér mom was and after that my other grandmother died. And I'm still suffering from the blackouts and other problems caused by that truck.

I've been away from RC for a while but slowly getting back at it (building some stuff, have actually flown my DLG's and easyglider for a few times too).

Still, I'm glad to see Wiggy is still on her way around the world. Could the next pilot in line possibly post a decent picture of her? I really wonder what she looks like now; after all it's been over two years since I flew her...

Default Wiggy to Canada

Hi All I'm here, no PM received regarding the change in the route. Would definitely still like to participate in the Globetrotter tour and put some Canadian maple leafs on Wiggy.

The weather has turned sour for the last few weeks but there are some breaks in the weather when I could fly her. We don't get very cold weather here on the west coast of Canada as we do further East so as long as the rain holds off I could be out flying any time of the year.

Please let me know if Wiggy can make the trip up to Canada

Thanks,
Scratch

Default Where To?

Hello Scratch,
I sent you a PM. I thought there was an order of mailing, next closest flyer, but maybe not. Anyway, after I fly Wiggy, I'll send it wherever the thread dictates.

After a week of trying to get an address form the next three or four in line, SkySharkster Denver CO, was the only one to reply. That is why some were skipped.

Lucky me! came back to the thread just before wiggy made it over the Rockies. I can't wait to fly her, have been following this thread forever.

Sent my address to SkySharkster in Denver CO. Good luck with your flight, hope to see some pictures soon.

Thanks for the endorsement, I think it would be great to get Wiggy to another country, especially when I am so close.

Just like the monster thread I started in airsofting, I sometimes come back here to see that Wiggy's still flying strong. It's like coming back home for Christmas. I haven't flown anything since Wiggy, my brand new box of slowstick #2 is still in the box. And the Diablo foamie, with the 6EX Tx is still collecting dust.

Someday, though, I will fly again and remember all the goodness of it. And I will never forget the nice packing arrangement of the Wiggy plexiglass case. Ok I go wipe my tears now :P
