I wouldn't buy from them if it was 90% off. I have only heard bad things from them, my friend got a plane missing all kinda parts the guy told him well buy another maybe you will get what you need. that's crappy service right there.

I've purchased about a dozen planes from them (not all for me) and every one of them have been decent... some of the balsa kits are mainly made for gas, so there are a few that needed a little mod work to fix them up for electric, but for the price they sell at they have been great... also, from a few flyers that have had to deal with customer service, they have generally had good responses, This is actually the first time I've even heard of anyone complaining about Nitroplanes...
