Default bungy assisted take off

I have a 10 lb delta (Vulcan) which I hope to fit out with 3 or 4 EDF's. I am sure that the grass strip that I use would prohibit a normal take off.
Does anyone have any views on Bungy assisted take off with a model like this? Regards......TQ

SUCCESS.....I had the most PERFECT bungy launch of my 10 lb Vulcan (with a rear motor "Pusher prop". A beautiful 45 degree climb out. This was a "Trial launch" for a part built delta (but with an EDF.
