Default THe black tubes are important.

Bone head move of the day. Launched my radian without the carbonfiber? rod in it. LOL, it only went like 4 feet before the wing flew off. Nothing broke but still funny. xD

Wow were the screws in the wings too? I have forgot my carbon rod for my Radian Pro but decided against flying it, was wondering how it would have handled things.

There are no screws in the wings. :o. No video lol. I wish, it was amusing to say the least.
Nice easy take off then the wing just peals off. Well, it was a good flight because nothing broke.

OK, thought maybe the previous Radian had the tiny screws that the Pro does as well.

Nope lol, the tube is the only thing. The wings are friction fit to the fuse.

I flew my easystar once without the CF wing spar.... I hadn't flow the plane for probably 6 months, I was about 150 feet up when my daughter held up the spar and said "whats this".... Thats when I realized why it looked like the wings had a lot more "dihedral" than I remembered... Got her down fast without incident, I kept expecting the wings to fall out any second on the way down...
