Default Brushless motor stops spinning, makes noise

Hello,

I'm new to electric RC flying and now I'm having problems with my electric motor.

I have Eflite 480 with Turnigy 40A ESC (plush or sentry), Turnigy 3S 2200 lipo.

Sometimes, my motor stops spinnng and makes a weird high pitch noise. It almost looks like the prop doesn't know which way to spin....

Please let me know if you have any ideas of what I can do to get it fixed...or should I simply buy a new motor.

Thank you in advance.
