For Sale Hyperion LDU (Local Data Unit) Power System Data Acquisition

This is a very lightly used "local" power system data acquisition module (companion to the Remote Data Unit [RDU]), and includes both the optional single temperature sensor and the optional phase tachometer. The latter attaches with a single wire to any one of your three brushless motor leads and records very accurate hands-free rpm data. Rated for 75A, continuous. More details here if you are not familiar with it.

The LDU will stream volt/amp/rpm/temperature data to a connected EmeterII (not included) for data analysis and viewing, or via an optional serial/USB interface cable (not included) to your Windows PC for display/recording/analysis with the companion EmeterII PC Suite software (free download from here). The software runs fine on my Windows 7 (64 bit) PC as it did on prior versions of Windows, and the EmeterII is NOT needed when the PC software is used.

Two additional optional thermocouples (not included) can be added to also record temperatures.
