That's a good question. They did a change over at RCG so that in the "Thread Tools" drop down list, you have an option to "Show all attachments in thread".
I'll see if the boss can do anything about adding that (after they fix the "Thanks" button of course  ).

Instead of me starting a new thread somewhere, I just went ahead and moved this to the general Support & Suggestions forum.
For the techs: RCG uses the same attachment code now that WF has used for a while. Now, on the "Thread Tools" drop down menu, there is a selection called "Show Attachments in this Thread". Is there a way to change the code to add this feature here? |

I find the RCG "show attachments in thread" forum tool to be extremely useful for finding something in an old thread that you want to review.

Yes, me too. In fact, I just used it today on a thread with over 12,000 posts and over 1,000 attachments. Took me all of 3 minutes to find what I was looking for.

If you go to the thread view you can click on the Paper clip icon to view all attachments in the thread.....until a more seamless option is developed/implemented.
