Default design of a delta wing

How does one go about making a delta wing. Are there any rule of thumb guide lines for things like, sweep angle, overall width to length, reasonable aspect ratio number, root rib to tip rib ratio, wing area, wing loading, expected stall speed, etc, those kind of things.
Thanks for any help.

There really are no hard set rules you must obey other than to get the CG close enough to fly. I have made over 50 designs and most flew very well.

You can google flying wing cg calculator and you will find a calculator that you can put in measurement and it will show the wing design and cg.

I'd go with a DX8. I've got 1 and so does my son. I use duel rates on all my slope fighters, because depending on the wind, I need to be able to adjust them. Makes a big difference in how they fly. The DX8 is great, in that you can get the orange Rx from hobbyking and they are a lot cheaper than the Name brand... I've been using them the last 8 months and have had no failers due to the orange Rx's.
