Make sure you know which Duck you're looking for -- the giant Mud Duck from the kit is designed around foam core material and the building may not scale so well.
The original is the 60" one, all wood. If you're an AMA member, you should be able to just download the article (including what they LOOSELY call plans) from www.modelaircraft.org. It's in the mid 1980s somewhere, plan #714. Otherwise you can just buy it through the same site. The plans build up to a really nice little flyer but, just to warn you, the plans have pretty much NO detail or measurements... as you can see from the sample at another site... BTW, assuming you're looking for the built up wood Duck, here's what you end up with... |
